Scott is the Associate Pastor at Westminster Chapel for people in College & Careers.
Scott is a native of London, Ontario and studied English & History at Huron College, U.W.O., before living abroad for 12 years. During that time, he pursued further studies in Germany and England. He gave his life to Christ in 1995, while a first-year doctoral student at the University of Durham, England.
Since then, he has been heavily involved in churches in Durham and in Toronto in the areas of evangelism and discipleship, and in addition to leading the evening services at Westminster, he leads one of the covenant groups.
He is also an Associate Professor of English Literature at Tyndale University College, specializing in the areas of hermeneutics and literary theory.
He will be involved in supporting Joe Boot at the Ezra Institute for Contemporary Christianity.
Scott lives in Toronto with his wife Christa.
